In one site within 8 months about 15+ employees got laid off , another 5+ terminated , 3 were put on a PIP , and when you decide to put your two weeks they will walk you out and not let you stay or speak up about anything.

All problems seem to arise from the mid management not engaging with there field personnel and therefore not understanding whats going on as they are fixated on quarterly sales performance and the day to day operations seems to be beneath them. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. No structure to how the company is run, no communication with some employees for months on end. No idea how to run a team of engineers. Like to put square pegs in round holes
