Pros

Company has a global footprint and a broad product portfolio. Health & Safety is a genuine priority.

Cons

Perks have been seriously "trimmed" esp. for general workforce. Xylem strategy frequently shifts, consequently investment remains patchy for departments which could yield obvious, efficiencies desired by such a LEAN corporation. Company structure is absolutely huge! Solid lines, dotted lines, it keeps growing.

Pros

Company is trying to solve the word's water problems in a sustainable and profitable way -- a very good mission! Great volunteer and employee comradery through Watermark, their employee philanthropic organization. Great communication with employees about the business missions, milestones, accomplishments and business-related news.

Cons

The Corporate office HR has lost the human touch -- not enough embracing and developing diversity of talent, too much "screen time" rather than positive, authentic, constructive, collaborate human interaction.
