      Pros

      Easy job, not much required of you. Just keep quiet and show up and you . Management won't bother you unless you create waves .I worked at Godwin pumps , Bridgeport NJ.

      Cons

      Management is totally clueless the only thing they are concerned about is the social circle in their click. They actually have no management skills, they fell into that position because they are in the good old boy club. The benefits used to be good, until the corporation cut back, so now they are terrible. Bottom line is , it is a cooperate nightmare company run by morons.

      Pros

      Xylem has good brand name in USA and Europe. They have a unique products in Water & Pump segment and its a quite profitable business.

      Cons

      Xylem India is not at all a good company to work for long term career perspective due to poor management. They do not have a competitive leader for India business and most of leader are selfish for earning money from USA.

      Pros

      Great culture, inspiring mission and products. Xylem has 100+ years old brands, but also the spirit of a four year old company. Global reach, very local feel to what we do everyday.

      Cons

      Like many public companies, we often get very focused on the quarter or annual commitments to investors. While this is essential, it sometimes clouds our longer term perspective
