Pros

Solid company with world wide financial stability. Growing and expanding in new areas, willing to invest in product and people for long term gain.

Cons

Lack of training outside of the sales area. Service, parts, and operations are expected to figure things out as they go. This has been changing and getting better, just not fast enough to keep up with the changes heppening in the industry.

Pros

Good 401k. Some good people left but leaving at an astonishing rate

Cons

No job security. No care for employees. Has removed relational selling and depends 100% on CRM that they do not understand. Charlotte Management team has lost touch with market and employees. Prepare to be super micro managed and tracked if you take a job here. They expect you to be on the clock 100% of the time and always available to them. Prepare to be harassed and constantly checked up on. Very paranoid and fake upper management.

Pros

Xylem NL has a great community of dedicated workers that have allot of practical experience. The company is practical, invest in employee development (recent) and allows more flexible hours than in the past. It has a proven track record and beautiful durable product which it delivers to its customers nationwide. It innovations and works together with its local community to develop jobs and create opportunities for students. It has the watermark programme that helps people in third world countries develop in water avialability and knowledge.

Cons

The company needs to develop a better outlook for employees. Due the size of the company, making a career is rather difficult. The levels of knowledge required compared to the job demands are much lower. Sometimes management is a black box whereas new candidates can help management to develop itself further.
