      Was great to work for ITT - the birth of Xylem ruined the company.

      Pros

      I did work with some great people, some of whom are still friends. Interesting work and a caring culture as ITT.

      Cons

      Incredibly political. As Xylem, very cold and uncaring towards the employees. Cut, cut, cut - yet people with questionable jobs or are total suck-ups remain. Lots of "peter principle" at the top.

      - Good benefits - Co-workers made it a great environment to work in

      Cons

      - No growth potential - Outside hire managers are absolutely clueless about the business and products. It is scary hearing what they promise customers - Company is a sinking ship. Technology of product is currently at least 5 years behind the competition. - Large turnover rate
