      Pros

      Good work ethics coupled with capability would bound to be recognized in a market with lots of room to grow.

      Cons

      New recruits without prior experience in the industry might find difficult to pick up the pace initially. Newcomers are expected to have the initiative to pick up skills on the job as they go along.

      The company really cares about their employees and you can tell that they value training and helping their employees advance in their careers.

      The only downside I have found is that I have a college degree and I feel like I should be making more money.

      The pay is above average,benefits are above average,people who are not in management are a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      management does not listen to employees belittles them pushes them to want to quit makes rude comments when others are not around if you do say anything you are considered a enemy and someone to get rid of if you tell they will go to great lengths to find out who it was
