      Great if water pump manufacturing and assembly is your background and focus, otherwise it is best to stay away

      Too big and bureaucratic to catch all the leaks and cracks. So many ways things could be improved

      Decent Pay Scale for area.

      Cons

      No work life balance in the company. Wants employees to work 365/24/7 and be able to drop everything for them. Not a good safety culture. They say they are all about safety but when a problem occurs they do very little to address the issues.
