Pros
Since Xylem has taken over the company in 2017, the repairs and upgrades are fantastic. They pay and the insurance benefits are good. Friendly coworkers that are eager to help if needed.
Cons
Favoritism with boss/employee relationships is the biggest issue. Union dues are taken out of your paycheck once a month for a union ran by a very corrupted union President. Older employees get incentives on doing extra parts. New employees, on new contract, work just as hard but get no incentive.
