Pros

Ongoing huge turnover and job cuts

Cons

Culture has decreased tremendously with the latest CEO. They say DE&I is important but it is smoke and mirrors. I bet they are positioning to be bought.

Pros

The workplace lacks proper training for new employees, yet management still expects them to perform tasks efficiently without guidance. This creates unnecessary stress and confusion, making it challenging to succeed in the role.

Cons

The workplace culture has room for improvement. Leadership sometimes lacks accountability, and team members don't always receive proper recognition for their efforts. Inclusivity could be better, as not everyone seems to experience equal treatment. These factors make it difficult to feel fully supported in this environment
