Pros

Industry leader, room for lots of career lateral movement (great if you like to do different things), great products and brand, daily work flexibility, exceptional training, great pay and benefits,

Cons

Identity issues, branding hurt by company mentality, work/life ratio skewed, management style stifles creativity and positive thinking, once industry customer service leader has taken a back seat to profits and share holder projections. Great benefits are slowly degrading to so-so benefits, daily changes to management (Over Managed), Issues with job positions (Not enough people in some jobs, to many in others). Career vertical movement is very short.

Pros

Compensation is great and your work is valued and recognized. Managers take an active interest in your development.

Cons

Because it's a great environment there are less opportunity for growth or movement within.

Pros

Decent Pay, Nice Benefits.

Cons

Unfortunately, you feel like a number & not a name at times...... Teamwork doesn't really exist in some of the branches. Management cares a lot about numbers. Cutting bodies, but putting more work on their employees to complete in not enough time.
