Too much turnover in the last few years in upper management who are short sighted with interest for here and now, today is what matters approach with limited interest in building and improving the company for the long run. Employees are frustrated due to lack of vision and direction with constant pressure to do the impossible today.

After XYLEM took over, work loads doubled and management went straight down hill. They forced new software and policies down our throats with no clue how it would impact operations. Terrible transition strategy and little support. Workplace went from laid back and very productive to a corporate stress ridden nightmare. Low pay ,low raises ,long hours and Poor Employee treatment. The place is described around the company as a modern day sweat shop and I would have to agree.
