      Pros

      Okay pay for the area Work schedule gives many days off if doing 2-2-3 schedule 12 hours shifts

      Cons

      Management is atrocious, continually being scalded and blamed if machines don't work. Management and HR never give timely answers to questions, if you get an answer at all. PTO structure has changed 4 times in one year. Constant supplier issues, and they do not care about you as people, only a number. Shifts are always understaffed.
