      Pay is alright if you’re buddy buddy with upper management

      Cons

      Management is horrible and if you’re not in the “in crew” you can count on being hounded every day for doing what is expected and not doing double the amount of work as the top crew. Trucks are old and always breaking down (wachs water services)

      People are generally supportive and my supervisor is very helpful and kind.

      Cons

      HR and admin support needs improvement. Not much career opportunities available for early in career individuals.
