      Pros

      Feels like the company cares about its employees. The pay and bonuses are good. You can voice any problems and it feels like the company are trying to improve.

      Cons

      Some of the jobs can be poorly planned and organised. Also get some nasty jobs, can be hard work.

      If you're an opportunistic person this is a fantastic company. There is always chances for you to internally network and gain insight throughout the business. Personal growth is heavily promoted.

      Cons

      Personal con but most people are remote. Annual merit increase limit is low based on relative economic inflation.
