Pros

Company has very open environment where new ideas are encouraged. In the first 3 months I've met many smart people and discovered many interesting and challenging projects that I can work on. Because the company is growing pretty fast, you can have real affect on things and be there during inventing of new ideas, processes and technologies. Management isn't afraid of taking risks.

Cons

Sometimes there are processes with unnecessary bureaucracy even if the company has "just" 300 employees. Currently there are few offices in Brno so sometimes is more difficult to cooperate.

No pros, just cons. Period.

Cons

I sued to work for toxic companies and I can confirm this time I'm literally shocked: 1. Public humiliation by CEO during the 300+ participants' calls; 2. Open bullying of the employees who do not agree with something; 3. No bonuses/ salary reviews/increases advertised as part of the corporate policy; 4. Deceptive interpersonal atmosphere; 5. Mass and sudden layoffs; 6. Questionable people got appointed to leading and management positions; 7. Many-many more.
