Pros

Great team and open, enthusiastuc and driven culture. Innovative, smart and high-tech solutions which are way from boring and products with real and visible value for customers worldwide. Additonal perks for those who live with YSoft by heart and soul and rewards for those who can deliver results. Great place for people that want to work hard and participate on something bigger.

Cons

It's a real global startup and thus not for everyone. The evaluation system highly prefers enthusiastuc hard workers and team players and doesn't benefit average ones (even those who seem to be great by normal Czech standards)

They try to create an working place similar to Google. Great product

Cons

Several people working really efficient - more like send me an email..... You could work really really long hours and pick up the slack for the rest of the team. No marketing plan.

Supportive environment, friendly colleagues, supporting personal development

Cons

No yearly salary raises, to get promoted you go through a year long cycle of development and reviews which dont even have to get you anything
