Pros

Autonomy, Awesome Facility Team, Monthly Team Engagement Activities, and Attainable Bonuses.

Cons

This company does not foster a mentoring environment for new administrators. As a new administrator you will not learn anything about operations, forecasting, leadership, and risk management. Administrators that are seasoned and still want to make a difference and grow in a company will be disappointed with YAD. There are no actual processes in place and upper management operates from a reactive perspective. Administrators are expected to lead without any access to their financial reports and supporting documentation. I would only recommend administrators that are near retirement and not looking to do any meaningful work to apply here.
