Pros

They acknowledge the employees, they have a program that comes to each facility and celebrates employees special day anniversary birthdays employee of the month and manager of the month. They appreciate the hard work we all do. They take time out to listen.

Pros

Like all long-term care facilities there will be struggles. What’s different about YAD and Courtland, rehab and healthcare is the amount of support that you get from your coworkers and your leadership team when times get rough you can count on everyone to jump in and help.

Cons

The good outweighs, the bad
