Company is built on an honorable philosophy with good core values that have recently been revived. The entrepreneur like atmosphere allows for creativity. In terms of compensation package, how do you put a value on culture, atmosphere, job security, opportunity for advancement monetarily..........?

Cons

Speed at which decisions are sometimes made are sluggish, typical of conservative culture. Need more emphasis/momentum on upgrading internal systems/processes to increase efficiency and enhance employees' daily experience.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn new things. Large company that feels like family. Make products that I can be proud of because of the quality and engineering. People are focused on the customer.

Cons

Could use more flexible work schedules. Management spends a lof time meeting with each other and information gets lost
