We agree, although there is a fairly regular stream of internal promotions, these promotional opportunities are not well communicated (by the way, please be sure to check out the Career Center on our intranet where you can see the procedures for internal application for open positions). We also know that growth is not always just a job change, it includes learning, growing, and being challenged within your area of expertise. The Japanese are very respectful and friendly.

Cons

The American management creates a toxic environment for its workforce. I have heard employees use terms like' under appreciated" and "slaves". The management retaliates and openly humiliates employees in front of their fellow workers.
