Good benefits, close to home, large company, most management was fair, family freindly, pays for safety toe shoes, provides all PPE, fair pay

Cons

Upper management has no clue of whats going on in the window fab area. The floor mgrs and supervisors cover-up the true problems of production issues which leave the actual hourly workers to be blamed for poor quality and missed deadlines.

Worldwide organization with very intellegent management, Very solid company with loyal clients, Self sufficient organization with room and ideas to expand with target markets

Cons

Company doesn't seem to properly value its employees and doesn't seem to care or take enough of an initiative to boost the moral of its employees..
