We agree, although there is a fairly regular stream of internal promotions, these promotional opportunities are not well communicated (by the way, please be sure to check out the Career Center on our intranet where you can see the procedures for internal application for open positions). We also know that growth is not always just a job change, it includes learning, growing, and being challenged within your area of expertise. Improvement in this aspect is definitely on our radar screen. Thanks again.

Good benefits, close to home, large company, most management was fair, family freindly, pays for safety toe shoes, provides all PPE, fair pay

Cons

Upper management has no clue of whats going on in the window fab area. The floor mgrs and supervisors cover-up the true problems of production issues which leave the actual hourly workers to be blamed for poor quality and missed deadlines.

Company doesn't seem to properly value its employees and doesn't seem to care or take enough of an initiative to boost the moral of its employees..
