Pros

Yrc freight is a good company to work for as long as your willing to operate a forklift they offer amazing hand on training to get you started in no time if you don’t have experience in less then a month they also offer a hand full of benefits dental medical Good pay + raises and opportunity for growth with in the company

Cons

Maybe be on call if part time

Benefits and union and decent pay.

Not respectful to employees! It’s sort of like your first day in prison you have to walk in hard and tough. If not, they will take it vantage of you. Pros

Very good pay, especially for the sleeper teams. Not uncommon for sleeper teams to make over $115,000 each annually.

Cons

On sleeper teams you are gone 5 1/2 - 6 days a week. Your only day off is spent going to the store and meal prepping for the next week.
