The union backs you up and any errors in pay are easily corrected

Cons

No pension worth noting. The advertised rate divide by 4 until the budget is fixed.

Pros

You don’t have to drive because You can’t drive. Been at the San Antonio location for a year and a half. Just another 6 years and maybe I’ll get a driving bid. They do have unassigned driving bids but you never know when you’ll work and your days off are scattered through the week

Cons

Poor management. Dock is a mess at all times. Unsafe working conditions
