Pros
Big company, decent HR department. Compensation is good. Benefits are good. Some opportunities to move up in the companies.
Cons
They are disrespectful to the rank and file. Good ol' boy network is in full force in this company. Too much push and pull between Yellow, Usf Holland And Roadway. Too much speculation about what the future holds for these three companies. Synergy between companies is poor, at best. Too many people are out to get the next guy. More focus on making things difficult for the union thatn making the company run right. Too much focus on the "numbers" in operations and not enough focus on the application of policies.
