Pros

The union hourly pay, health and retirement benefits are great.

Cons

YRC is a big corporation and you will be treated just like another number even if you do a great job every day. This company is not working as a team between management and the union jobs. Upper management does not take care of lower level management positions or treat lower level managers very well.

Pros

In finance/accounting you'll get some excellent experience working for very demanding managers with high expectations and high degrees of expertise, which will quickly develop your skills and make you strong and marketable.

Cons

Ridiculously low pay, for ridiculously long hours. Also a company that's going nowhere. Not very forward thinking and also unfair in the treatment of lower-tier salaried workers.
