Pros

At this location, I honestly cannot think of any pros.

Cons

Everything said is based on this location. They hire valuable people for a very low salary. They micromanage and do not treat their employees with respect. Upper management lack the knowledge of leadership. There is no way to move up, no way to better yourself and def not a place to start your career. They do not follow their mission statement because they do the opposite of empowerment of women. Turn over rate, average 14 per year.

Pros

Equipment & supplies are up to date. The company will order new technology fairly quickly.

Cons

Long hours, expensive benefits, little pto, and a toxic office environment. Leadership talks down to other staff, doesn't communicate or follow-though, and expects lower-level employees to complete their work.
