Pros

Genuine care for the kids and the management is really trying to avoid conflict

Cons

The management is trying to avoid conflict meaning when there is an issue they just talk with you without actually fixing the situation. Also low pay

Pros

Hands on work Some employees are cool The kids in the community (programming) are beautiful

Cons

The leadership is incompetent, immature and unfair. Helane specifically is incredibly immature and incompetent. They will talk about other employees, and laugh in their faces. Because they don’t know what they are doing, they cannot adequately support their staff.
