Respectful, helpful, nurturing culture. People go out of their way to help you understand something or lend a hand if needed. Work life balance. If you are passionate about developing something cool, few people will get in your way.

Cons

There is a lot of value in Yahoo's many parts than together as a company. So perhaps individual parts may be sold in the next 4 years. A lot of work around making things efficient and strategic product and workforce alignment/management. You can read into that what you will.
