Pros
Some nice people. Coffee. Reasonable compensation, after waiting 5 years for them to adjust to market.
Cons
Mid-management only focused on keeping their jobs. Constant re-orgs based on same. Too many managers and absurd levels of micro-management. Up to 6 meetings a day, to give the appearance of accomplishing something. No job security. Seniority, loyalty and hard work mean nothing. Cannot complain to anyone about anything, including HR. The walls have ears. Favoritism and retaliation rules. Raises and promotions denied for years on end, unless you're a suckup. Painful all-hands meetings full of happy talk and not-so-happy remarks about employee effort. Morale worse than ever - fear and depression walk the halls, hidden behind smile-masks. Other than that, it's a cool place to work.
