      Pros

      Yahoo! definitely deserves the title as premier digital company. Both inside and out, the company tries its upmost to provide the best service to both it's clients, employees and stakeholders. A truly magnificent organization that has shaped todays web.

      Cons

      Highly dynamic industry bringing much uncertainty with recent shake-ups in structure from top-down however this is very much part of the Internet industry overall.

      Relatively high profile company with huge audience and thus impact on consumers. Progressive work environment. Major player in the Internet sector, with international scope and multiple category leading services.

      Cons

      Management as not unified on company strategy. There were many functional areas with over-lapping responsibilities. This led to some organization confusion, and hindered the company's ability to introduce new products. Too much emphasis on "cool/fun".

      1) You start loving the work more than anything, kind of spoils your other desires. 2) too many people can disrupt a process as every one can voice there concerns
