-Cultural is not so cut-throat. -Decent pay -Nice coworkers in general -Free lunch, snacks, coffee bar and gym classes.

Cons

-Experienced people tend to stay long. Young people might jump to Google or other companies soon. -As company changed ownership and naming, there were lots of re-org and some layoffs.
