      Pros

      Core teams made conscious effort to improve code quality, there is a lot of legacy code and areas of improvement but the effort placed by the core team is commendable.

      Cons

      Little communication when Business Unit was sold to Apollo. Unclear what the current situation is.

      - great work culture - scope of innovation and growth - good pay and benefits - experience a multi cultural work palce - boost in self confidence

      Cons

      - some times need to take operations tasks. - taking on-call. - need to wrote unit test, functional tests for your code.
