Pros
It is a fun company to work with. Feel great to be associated with it -- All these feelings are only for a while! Your honeymoon period in Yahoo! can be for a long time. Managers are usually fun and good to work with. Very understanding, very supportive. Benefits are good compared to other companies !
Cons
The process is spread over all over the world. Yet the treatment given is so very different. The work can get boring after while. New Managers are boring idiots! They hire outside people for Managerial positions(only in few departments)
