      Pros

      Good benefits and Sick time and Paid time off. Met a lot of good people and learned a lot in my career there.

      Cons

      It's not what it once was. This used to be a great place to work, but IT management needs to be reorganized or replaced. Seems like everyone has their own agenda and do just enough to appease their manager. Poor communication between departments leads to lackluster results. No room for advancement. You could be stagnant for a long time in a position unless you get lucky and someone likes you enough to give you a shot. Hard work is not rewarding and staff development is non-existent unless to you like watching useless online videos (Lynda.com) as training. There are better places out there that truly care about staff development.
