      Pros

      + One of the best places I've ever worked. + I always felt empowered. + A lot of smart people working hard to do good things. + Very generous benefits. + Comfortable working environment and culture. + Very responsive management and HR Department.

      Cons

      + As with most academic/nonprofit institutions, salaries are lower than in industry. + I understand that responsiveness of management depends on each department.

      Pros

      I enjoy working part-time at Yale because of how understanding the employers are with students about their student responsibilities. All the bosses I have had have been understanding of deadlines and upcoming tests. The pay is terrific and the environment is always nice and friendly.

      Cons

      The hiring process, for students, can strongly depend on who you know. Some jobs are passed on from one student to a friend and are pretty hard to get otherwise.
