      Pros

      Great place to work if you are looking for flexibility and a laid back atmosphere. Now, it's not so laid back that it's like being on vacation, there is work to be done and there are deadlines. However, it's not so corporate as other places. If you need to work from home, come in late, or leave early managers are generally better about it then other places. The healthcare is inexpensive and the vacation time/holidays are pretty good.

      Cons

      The benefits are not as good as they used to be, sometimes certain departments are hard to work with because they have the "old-style" of doing things. You will be paid less then other places, but will have more time for life and family.
