      Pros

      Lots of interesting work opportunities. Opportunities for attending interesting talks. Nice people in my experience. Good benefits package once you get hired and competitive wages. A great place to start a career or gain experience.

      Cons

      It might take some time to get hired. You might find after a while in the same job that you have to get more education or training or go elsewhere if you want to advance.

      Pros

      Great educational opportunities, great co-workers, great benefits package.

      Cons

      No room for growth or upward mobility, nepotism or favoritism, expected to work 10-20 hours past the 40 hours per week salaried, immense pressure if you do not work up to this standard. Constant reorganization of job duties to ensure productivity with added duties each time an update is made. One person does the job of 2-3 people. Those who do not contribute to the work environment are not held accountable if they have personal preference with the administration. Scapegoating and bullying if you do not agree with these practices.
