      You are more likely to get promotion at Yanfeng because it prefers to give young people opportunities to take more responsibility as long as you show great performance. And colleagues you work with are young, professional and well-educated and aspiring. Online trainings enable you to acquire knowledge and abilities relevant to your jobs. You get good welfares, free tree meals, free commuting bus, bonus or gifts on Chinese traditional festivals.

      Cons

      Working circumstances are complex and dynamic.
