      Cons

      Leadership is terrible (Offshore and onshore)- They are not listening to what the employees need to do their jobs properly. Business is losing money and we keep cutting heads, no merit increases for 3 yrs. Keep changing leaders was John Kinnick, now its Chunfeng Xu

      The job used to be fun.

      Cons

      Over the last couple of years the Quality Management and Production teams stopped caring about building good products and stopped listening to employees when concerns were raised. This lack of care lead to the plant closing in early 2025.
