      Hard to depend on adequate training, you learn mostly on your own. Also the pay could be better.

      The base pay is high. Some of the long time employees are great people.

      Cons

      In 17 months I lived through 4 rounds of layoffs. The constant goal was to find ways to be more efficient so that they could “cut heads”.
