      HR is good to work with. Morale is getting better since new HR team was brought in Hired HR person that can speak Spanish They hire direct and have a lot of opportunity for overtime

      Cons

      Work a lot of overtime if you are low seniority Pay could be better Management need’s training they are not consistent
