Pros

Good pay, good benefits, overtime

Really one of the worst experiences I have had. All black employees who are prejudice again anyone tist isn' management is completely unorganized, and inexperienced.. the superior himself doesn't even know how fo do the job daucfo said. They have a lot of favoritismt.. and if you don't meet there. criteria you get ewn off. Harrssment and disrespect constantly. They couldn't pay me to go back there for any amount of money. If you aint black , on indeed you will be back

Pros

there is a clear algorithm that you need to follow, and then all the work will be easy, in general, a good plant in order to start moving in the direction of your technical profession

Cons

there is chemistry in the workshop, which is not desirable to breathe. they also cook plastic from which is also not pleasant fumes, it is not advisable for people with asthma to work

Pay ok, the location is good

Cons

It is a 5 day business,but we work 6 to 7 days full production. No extra time on severe hot days 90 degree plus for breaks. When you ask a question about something 99% of the time the answer is I don't know, no communication
