      Great people to work with. Relatively new technology

      Yearly headcount reductions of salary team - decisions made on paper, not based on reality. Insecure future. Many good people leaving. Leadership not concerned- thought is to replace with new college grads - huge loss of expertise, experience and customer relationships- leadership out of touch with employee base. Chinese leadership calling the shots and not educated on North American culture or labor market.
