The compensation and benefits WERE good.

Once they sold to Reliance Steel the family atmosphere quickly went down hill.

Cons

People are leaving here in droves. Obviously an issue with leadership. COO unprofessional and treats employees terribly by publicly harassing and bullying. HR useless and does not aide employee with constant concerns.
