      Great people and good benefits.

      Cons

      Weak salary and a lot of micromanagement. Everything is monitored which isn't so bad but then when the data is reviewed it is often mis-interrupted by out of touch management. Basically if you want to be happy here you need to lose any personal opinion or ideas and start drinking the kool-aid or start looking elsewhere for work. Overall the company is technologically behind and trying to catch up which it has managed to do by buying better companies.

      Fun place to work, flexibility with family commitments, everyone is truly willing to share knowledge and help each other improve themselves. Company sponsored events help develop community outside of work.

      Cons

      There is an unclear succession of titles which makes developing a career path difficult, although management is working on changing this.
