      Pros

      Relaxed, fun environment with some challenging projects. Pioneers of real estate software development, so a lot to learn. Also, you will feel like you are part of a big family

      Cons

      I can't think of any. There is a lot of room to grow.

      Pros

      You have to learn Accounting, Property Management, along with the software itself - you are always learning something new each and everyday. Providing excellent customer service is key - you don't have to be an Accountant or Programmer to work here - but you have to be able to learn and accept the fact that change is a constant.

      Cons

      The company has grown so rapidly that it is difficult to have all the offices follow the same set of procedures which sends mixed signals to the clients.
