Yardi is a great company to work after graduating college. You gain a lot of necessary experience in the field to go elsewhere eventually,

Cons

The pay does not stay competitive compared to other technical account manager jobs in the industry. Also due to understaffing, you’ll often find yourself overwhelmed. The company has taken a bit of a step back in terms of quality of working there since COVID began too.
