Employee happiness is very important to us, and we work hard to offer competitive compensation plans benchmarked using Radford salary data. We continuously offer training for those in leadership roles so that our managers can provide clear direction and have the softer skills needed (such as communication, flexibility, growth mindsets) to successfully coach and support others. We genuinely encourage anyone who feels they are not being supported to reach out to senior management to discuss their concerns and suggestions for improvements.
