Pros
Growth oriented company, comes with opportunities to advance both professionally and financially (especially after you put in a few years under your belt). Flexible schedule with multiple shifts to choose from depending on your tenure. The work can be more interesting (and challenging) than it looks at first sight. Awesome colleagues!! In my personal experience, management is understanding if you have problems or need help with anything and try to take into consideration your feedback. You get a lot of help from your process leader. Company encourages internal mobility so if you become interested in a different department you can make the switch . Pretty good benefits package and high profit sharing. Low stress environment, good work-life balance.
Cons
Working remotely would be nice, at least once in a while if the process allows (other companies already offer this). Not a lot of options besides ping-pong to relax during breaks ^^
